Pilgrim Artworks is a platform. By nature, our platform helps our customers create interactive marketing campaigns including contests and sweepstakes. If you participate in a campaign created by a Heyo customer using the Pilgrim Artworks your information is bound by the privacy policy and terms of the Heyo customer who created the campaign as well as Pilgrim Artworks 's policies. Our customers may choose to transfer your Personal Information into their systems.
By using our Services and our Sites, you acknowledge that we are processing your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish that we process your Personal Data in this way, please do not use our Service or Sites or otherwise provide our Sites with your Personal Data.
We process your Personal Data to provide you the Services and the Site. In certain instances, we only process your Personal Data if you have consented, for example in certain cases where we process your Personal Data for marketing purposes, use cookies or process your sensitive Personal Data.
